Services

Full international trade coverage, by area of specialization.

What we do, grouped into 7 areas. Contract them separately or as one integrated end-to-end service, depending on what your project needs.

Area 01 ·

Sourcing & Procurement

Before anything is manufactured or imported, someone has to find and qualify the right supplier. That phase determines the outcome of everything that follows: cost, quality, timelines and risk.

International Procurement & Sourcing
Global Sourcing

We compare multiple sourcing countries to decide where to manufacture, not just who with.

Supplier Search

We locate candidate manufacturers within and beyond our verified network.

Market Research

We analyze demand, competition and reference pricing before you invest.

Tender Support

We prepare technical and supplier documentation for tenders and bids.

Project Purchasing

One-off project procurement management, without a permanent structure.

Strategic Procurement

We design your medium-term procurement strategy, not just the next order.

Area 02 ·

Manufacturing & Product

When the standard catalogue doesn't fit your brand or your regulation, we develop the product to spec — from technical specification to final packaging — without losing quality control along the way.

OEM/ODM Manufacturing & Private Label
Product Development

From concept to a technical specification ready to quote with manufacturers.

Packaging Adaptation

We redesign packaging for your brand and your destination market.

Label Adaptation

Labeling compliant with the regulation of the country where you'll sell.

Area 03 ·

Quality & Compliance

Verification isn't a formality: it's the difference between a container that generates revenue and one held up in customs. We audit before your production is committed, not after.

Supplier Verification & Factory Audit Quality Control & Inspection EU Regulatory Compliance CE Marking
RoHS

Restriction-of-hazardous-substances verification for electrical and electronic products.

Food Regulations
Medical Device Regulations

Technical documentation and risk classification for medical devices.

Technical Documentation

We prepare the technical file customs and regulation require.

Area 04 ·

Negotiation & Cost

Negotiating with a manufacturer who knows you have no alternative isn't really negotiating. We bring market comparables, aggregated volume and technical expertise to every negotiation.

Manufacturer Negotiation

We negotiate price, lead times and terms backed by market comparables.

Cost Optimization

We identify where cost can genuinely be reduced without sacrificing quality.

Area 05 ·

Logistics & Supply Chain

The best factory price is worth nothing if the goods don't arrive on time, or transport cost eats up the entire margin. We design the logistics chain around timeline, cost and risk — not the other way around.

International Logistics & Customs
End-to-End Supply Chain

Single coordination of supplier, transport and customs as one process.

Air Freight

Urgent door-to-door shipments when timeline matters more than cost.

Sea Freight

FCL and LCL to major European ports, with the best cost-to-time ratio.

Rail Freight

An alternative to sea freight on the Asia-Europe corridor: faster, more stable.

Incoterms

We choose and negotiate the Incoterm that best allocates risk for your specific case.

Warehousing & Distribution

Destination warehousing and last-mile distribution, if you'd rather not manage it.

Area 06 ·

Risk & After-Sales

An international operation doesn't end when the container leaves the port. We manage warranty, technical support and spare parts as part of the same service, not a separate phone call.

Risk Management

We identify and mitigate supplier, transport and compliance risk before it happens.

After-Sales

Issue and claims management once goods are already in your warehouse.

Warranty

We negotiate clear warranty terms before signing, not after the problem appears.

Technical Support

A direct channel to the manufacturer for post-delivery technical issues.

Replacement Parts

We secure spare parts availability and cost before committing to the main order.

Area 07 ·

Market Expansion

Entering a new market — or selling into Europe from outside it — takes more than a good product: it takes understanding regulation, channel and local competition before committing investment.

European Market Entry

We open the European market for you if you manufacture outside the EU: regulation, channel and first customers.

Import Consulting

A complete diagnostic before your first import operation.

Export Consulting

We help you sell your Spanish or European product outside the EU.

International Expansion

Market-entry strategy for a new market, beyond a single operation.

Frequently asked questions

About our services

Can I contract a single service, or does it have to be the full package?

Every area can be contracted independently. Many clients start with just supplier verification or quality control, and expand scope in later projects.

How are SGI's services charged?

With service fees defined by project scope (sourcing, audit, quality management, logistics), not a hidden margin on the factory price.

How long does SGI take to prepare a proposal?

Between 3 and 5 business days after receiving the initial briefing, depending on product complexity and the number of suppliers to evaluate.

Why do some services have their own page and others not?

Because we would rather have eight pages with real content than forty repeating a template. The ones that carry our main line — cold chain, European regulation, verification and sourcing — have their own page. The rest are described here, within their area, and are contracted the same way: ask us and we will tell you the specific scope for your case.

Can't find the exact service you need?

Describe your project and we'll tell you which combination of services fits best.
